Closing Credits

Closing Credits

This is the theme from the closing credits of the nonexistent underground 80s horror film titled Fucking Danger. It would have been the story of how an innocent college freshman, Denise, finds out about her sexual addiction to adrenaline. Denise falls in with a group of motorcycle daredevils and gets caught in a web of suspense and lust. Banned in 1987 in the U.S. for its brutal, and exceedingly bloody climax, Fucking Danger would have been considered tame by today’s horror movie standards. With a DVD release in 2009, it would enjoy a small surge in popularity as part of B-movie boxed sets.

Man you completely nailed what you were going for here. I saw some horror(?) movie based on a Borges story a while back that was immediately brought to mind – the kind of movie that seems over the top and crazy from reading the copy on the back and then you watch it and it’s pensive and weird and uncomfortably violent at parts.

I can’t remember the name of it.

In any event, I thought this piece felt loopy by the time i got to the end, which doesn’t make sense for a movie soundtrack. Always in motion, those are.

But yeah, I thought you nailed the feel for what you were going for. Which is rad.

Darn. Now I want to watch this non-existant movie. I imagine the bonus features would include the theatrical trailer, chapter selection menu, and subtitles for the hearing impaired that have ridiculous inaccuracies.
